This free session is designed to identify your needs. In 30 - 60 minutes, we shall work on the main outcome you need to make your organisation or business successful. Remember I can work with you on outcomes in real life and online.

If we agree to work together, there are three main options:
- Do It Yourself (DIY) is the cheapest option particularly if you are happy and able to work towards your outcome on your own! If you need some help but can work on your own once your feet are set on the right road, I have a low price package which might help.
- Done With You (DWY) is where you develop your own site but with support. This is the most popular option where you work with me alongside, helping you work out how to meet your outcome. This may be particularly helpful where an element of your outcome is online and you need support finding the best technology and implementing it.

- Done For You (DFY) is usually the most expensive option and normally for online project development. This is where you leave your site to me and do not get involved in the technical side of the work. However, I do not work on sites unless I have detailed knowledge of the organisation I am working for and expect a degree of collaboration because most sites will not work properly without it. We would need to discuss your needs and then work out the best strategy available to meet them.
Most people choose DIY or DWY consultancy not only because they are cheaper options but also because they want to control and maintain their organisation as they work on their outcome. The DFY option is normally chosen for online work by larger organisations. I expect a high degree of interaction with my clients and so my support is not suitable for organisations who want a site they don't need to think about.
I have one final offer:
- Monthly retainer option. This is a low priced monthly session where you check in with me and discuss any issues that are current for you. Normally I offer this following one of my mainline packages. There is some flexibility about what this package offers. For example, it might include basic website maintenance as well as meetings to review how your organisation, business and / or website is developing.
